The partisan movement Atesh reports:
"Agents of Atesh have documented how the occupiers are placing military equipment in seized homes of residents in Kherson region. Often, armored vehicles, military trucks, and even multiple rocket launcher systems are placed for 'storage.' Particularly valuable weapons are camouflaged with netting," the report says.
The partisans claim that the occupying Russian forces are systematically hiding behind civilians, which is a gross violation of the Geneva Convention.
"However, all their actions are being recorded and passed on to the Ukrainian Defense Forces – no one will escape responsibility!" added Atesh.
