Kherson under Russian attack: two killed, six injured from drone explosions
Russian occupation forces killed two civilians and injured six others in the Kherson region on January 29, using drones to drop explosives
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA), Roman Mrochko, reported on the morning shelling of Antonivka.
According to him, at about 8:00, the Russian occupiers attacked Antonivka from a drone, as a result of which a 52-year-old man received injuries incompatible with life.
As the head of the internal and information policy department of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, clarified later on the air of Espreso, a young man died as a result of artillery shelling of the village of Blagovishchenske.
"In the Kherson region, two people died as a result of Russian strikes on the morning of January 29. The Russians attacked Antonivka. A 52-year-old man died from an enemy drone. Russian troops also killed a man in Blagovishchenske. A 23-year-old local resident died from artillery fire. Warm memories and condolences to the families of the deceased," the official said.
"In addition, 6 more people were injured as a result of the dropping of explosives from Russian drones. The Russians continue to remotely mine coastal areas and settlements along the river," he added.
