Russian troops sabotage boats to avoid storming Kherson islands – Atesh
Russian soldiers intentionally damage engines, puncture rubber boats, and share coordinates with Ukrainian forces to avoid island assaults in the Kherson region

The Atesh guerrilla movement reported the information.
“Soldiers deliberately break engines, puncture rubber boats, and even pass coordinates to the Ukrainian Defense Forces on the location of boat bases and fuel reserves,” the guerrillas said.
The 126th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces recorded three internal investigations related to sabotage.
The guerrillas claim that these situations have become a real problem for the Russian command.
- Russian soldiers attempting to land on islands in the Kherson region drowned after being struck by a drone, causing them to lose control.
