Russian drone attacks strike Odesa, Kharkiv regions, causing casualties
On November 9 and overnight into November 10, Russian forces deployed attack drones across Ukraine. The strikes left people injured in Odesa and damaged infrastructure in multiple regions
Odesa under fire
"Residential buildings, innocent people — again," Trukhanov stated. "In one of the destroyed buildings, we found a dead dog."
A relief headquarters was set up this morning to assist residents whose homes were damaged in the attack.
The State Emergency Service reported damage to residential buildings and shops in the area. Several garages caught fire, burning cars and other property. Two people were injured.
Strike on Kyiv
Russian forces also sent drones over Kyiv last night. Serhii Popko, head of the city’s military administration, noted that Russia has been changing its drone tactics lately.
Today, Ukrainian Defense Forces took down around 15 Russian drones in various ways, preventing any damage or casualties in the capital.
Debris fallout in Kharkiv region
In addition to Kharkiv, the Russian drones targeted the Chuhuiv community in the Kharkiv region overnight.
Around 12:37 a.m., Shahed drone debris struck a four-story residential building, damaging its entrance. Three cars were set ablaze, windows shattered, and five more cars were damaged.
Two people experienced acute stress reactions as a result.
