The National Resistance Center reported this.
"In preparation for the 'elections,' the Russians sent additional National Guard forces to the occupied regions," the statement says.
It is noted that the security forces are to provide security for collaborators from the 'polling stations,' as well as to bypass Ukrainians during the 'expression of will.' The Resistance emphasises that it is important for the Russians to artificially create a turnout at the pseudo-elections, so they allowed voting at the place of residence.
"Thus, the police will be engaged in forcing Ukrainians to vote for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, as well as protecting traitors," the Center adds.
- On January 29, the Central Election Commission registered Vladimir Putin as a presidential candidate in Russia. If he wins, he will hold the post for the fifth time.
