According to the agents, there is a shortage of medical personnel in Crimea, as well as transportation and equipment, which affects the standard of living of Crimeans.
- On April 23, agents of the Atesh guerrilla movement recorded that Russians had intensified the construction of fortifications throughout the temporarily occupied Crimea.
