Russia destroys recreational infrastructure of Azov coast, sends people to Caucasus "for vacation"
Russian forces have occupied recreation centres on the Azov coast and are advertising "Caucasus resorts" to local residents
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov.
According to him, the Russian troops have turned the Azov coast within the occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region into a military zone: recreation centers are occupied by the Russian forces, access to the sea is prohibited, and some beaches are closed.
Fedorov notes that Russians take children from the temporarily occupied territories to remote regions of the Russian Federation, such as Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, etc. for "vacations".
The occupying Rusian forces also offer adults "resorts in the Caucasus". Instead, they lure holidaymakers from Rostov, Samara, Tyumen and Irkutsk regions to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in order to hide enemy military equipment and personnel behind their backs.
- Military expert Vladyslav Selezniov said that the Russian occupation army is building up reserves to intensify hostilities in the south Zaporizhzhia region.
