Russian drone attack causes power, water, and heating outages in Odesa, leaves 4 injured
Dmytro Pletenchuk, head of the Strategic Communications Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, stated this.
"Of course, they can't afford to withdraw all the units for various reasons. Firstly, there is simply no place to put them in other locations. Secondly, by withdrawing the fleet from there they will lose face because it would mean capitulating in some sense regarding Crimea. Of course, some units will remain there in a certain number, but we know that all this is temporary," he emphasized.
According to the spokesman, the Russians withdrew a number of their auxiliary vessels from the peninsula yesterday and redeployed them to Novorossiysk.
