Avdiivka front stabilizes amid local successes for Russia

Dmytro Lykhoviy, a spokesman for the Tavria grouping of troops, shared the information on the United News telethon.

"Confirmed reports indicate a stabilization of the situation near key populated areas. Our forces are holding back the enemy within these areas, with ongoing combat operations," he stated regarding villages including Berdychi, Orlivka, and Tonenke.

He emphasized that there is no reason to talk about the seizure of these settlements.

 "The front line dynamics are in flux. The enemy occasionally achieves local successes in certain positions. For instance, when artillery destroys firing positions, personnel regroup, withdrawing to more advantageous positions," emphasized Lykhoviy.

According to him, on the Avdiivka front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 Russian attacks within a day.
