"What is the main slogan of Putin, who met with mothers. He said that the greatest happiness for their sons is to die for him, for Putin, for his power, otherwise they will die of alcoholism. This is generally a certain surreal scene. Of course, this meeting was with mythical mothers," Piontkovsky emphasized.

According to the political scientist, Putin and Simonyan are forcing the Russian people to go and die so that they are not sent to The Hague.

"They say: we waited for the war in Ukraine - denazification, demilitarization, the return of NATO to the borders of the 1990s, the protection of the great Donbas people, not to be sent to The Hague. Go and die in Donbas and Crimea. There is nothing more left from Russian propaganda, Russian authorities, and the Russian president. They have nothing more to appeal to their people," added Piontkovsky.
