As of 10:40 a.m., the operation of main power grids in the region has been restored, and household consumers are being supplied with power. The attack also damaged the grids of a private joint-stock company in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions.
It is reported that emergency repair work began immediately after the all-clear signal was announced.
