Poland says it should replace Russia in G20
Deputy Minister of Culture and National Heritage Jarosław Sellin said that Poland should replace Russia in the G20 group of countries
He stated this live on air of Polskie Radio.
"I believe that if G20 was intended to be the 20 most economically and politically powerful countries, then the situation is ripe for that. In economic rankings, Poland is listed about 20th in the world, while geopolitical importance of Poland has increased significantly due to the aid provided to Ukraine", Sellin said.
He also emphasized that Russia should be recognized as a terrorist state. Then there will be no doubts about whether Russia should be invited to G20 or OSCE meetings.
A few days ago, Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Warsaw refused to issue visas to the members of the Russian delegation who were supposed to participate in the meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. The meeting will take place in Warsaw on November 24-26.
