Over 75% of Ukrainians agree that Zelenskyy is responsible for corruption in government and military administrations - research
The results of a survey conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democracy Foundation showed that 78% of Ukrainians consider the president directly responsible for corruption in the government and the military administrations
This was reported by the Foundation's press service.
According to the study, as of early July 2023, 78% of respondents believe that the President of Ukraine is directly accountable for corruption in the government and regional military administrations. Only 18% of respondents disagree with this statement.
It is noted that older Ukrainians were more demanding of the President than young people. Among respondents aged 18 to 29, 70% agree that the head of state is responsible for corruption. And among people aged 60 and older, the share of critics increases to 81%. There are no other significant differences in terms of financial status or region of residence.
The poll was held by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation in cooperation with the Razumkov Center sociological service from August 9 to 15, 2023. The survey was conducted in all regions of Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. 2019 respondents aged 18 and older were interviewed.
