NATO approaching point of reconsidering its policy on Ukraine war
NATO is getting closer to reviewing the strategy regarding Ukraine war after a Russian missile hit Poland territory.
Serhiy Zgurets, the head of the information and consulting company Defense Express, shared his thoughts with Espreso TV.
He noted that Russia is launching cruise missiles in massive amounts. They have already invaded Moldova’s air space. According to Serhiy Zgurets, it is only a matter of time before Russian missiles hit an object in Poland next to the Ukrainian border.
"The extraordinary attention of the Poles to the situation, the meeting of the NATO commission invoked by the 4th article of the Alliance agreement. These are the signs that we are gradually moving towards the Alliance reconsidering its strategy regarding Ukraine. Proposals to close the sky over Ukraine are absolutely appropriate at the current stage," the expert emphasized.
Serhiy Zgurets noted that closing the sky is the main conclusion that NATO and the USA should reach in developing their policy regarding Ukraine, because it is impossible to predict where the next Russian missile will hit.
