NASAMS increases Ukraine's capability to protect the land and sky - Reznikov

Reznikov wrote this on Twitter. 

"I thank the US President Joe Biden and my colleague, the US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, for another significant step in support of Ukraine: decision to supply NASAMS to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This increases our capabilities to protect our land and sky. Ukraine's victory in the war against terrorist state will ensure global security for years to come", - Reznikov is convinced. 

On June 30, Joe Biden announced a new USD 800 million aid package to Ukraine, which includes NASAMS air defense systems.

On July 1, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a new support package from the US, which includes NASAMS, will significantly strengthen air defense.
