More Russian soldiers than city residents in Kherson - head of City Military Administration
Halyna Luhova, head of Kherson City Military Administration, said that a large number of personnel of Russian Army are stationed in Kherson
She told it live on air of Espreso TV channel.
"I must note that when Russians announced the evacuation of temporarily occupied Kherson, people gradually left the city. Including under the guise of evacuating population, many Russian soldiers changed into civilian clothes and also left Kherson", Lugova said.
The head of City Military Administration also added that Russians are mass-exporting everything they managed to loot from Ukrainians.
"Russian soldiers left Kherson with their families. They also actively took away everything they managed to loot. However, today there are still a large number of Russian soldiers in Kherson. And people in the occupied territories with whom I talk say that there are more Russian soldiers than city residents in Kherson", she added.

On October 28, Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported that about 1,000 mobilized Russian soldiers were sent to strengthen Russian group on the right-bank part of temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.
