Defense Express analyst Serhii Zgurets believes that HIMARS has significantly changed the situation on the battlefield.

"Russian enemy lacks manpower, it is more difficult for him to use the tactics of a barrage of fire. The Ukrainian authorities insist on increasing the number of HIMARS, which can stabilize the front line and provide a turning point in our favor," Zgurets emphasized.
The Defense Express analyst also added that the dynamics of hostilities in Donbas are not critical.
"Russian enemy will recruit personnel of low-quality combat training. He will try to solve the issue of the seizure of Donetsk region. Currently, combat operations are taking place around Sloviansk, Brazhkivka, Siversk, Serebryanka. The point of tension is the situation around Bakhmut, where the Wagnerites have tactical successes and this needs special attention," Zgurets noted.
