Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman Yevhen Ievlev said that Russian troops do not conduct major attacks in the Horlivka sector because they are well aware of the consequences

He shared his findings on the air of Espreso TV.

"The issue of fortifications in the Horlivka direction is quite delicate, and I do not want to disclose too many details. I can only say a few important things. Avdiivka is to the right of our positions, Bakhmut direction is to the left and this area is on fire - from Kurdiumivka to Andriivka. We can see some arteries through which the enemy is constantly moving equipment to these areas. And we are quite successfully destroying this equipment," said Ievlev.

According to Ievlev, the Russian army suffered heavy losses during an attempt to storm Ukrainian positions in the Horlivka direction.

"That is, the enemy definitely had and still has a desire to go and change this front line. They would not mind capturing our positions and stopping the attacks on their convoys. However, the Russians have not yet done so. They are well aware of the losses they will suffer," he added.

  • There were 94 combat clashes at the front over the last day, Ukrainian troops repelled almost a hundred attempts of Russia's offensive in seven key areas and eliminated another 1110 Russian servicemen
