Russian rear lines are saturated with equipment and personnel - NGU officer
Volodymyr Nazarenko, artillery officer of the 4th Rubizh Brigade of the National Guard, notes Russian troops have unlimited manpower and ammunition
He said this on the Espreso TV channel.
“The brigade continues to carry out tasks in the east in very hot spots. The Russians are pressing, and our comrades have to repel enemy attacks every day. Artillery and infantry contact takes place every day. Our infantrymen, artillerymen, machine gunners, tankers and mortar men do their best to grind and repel enemy attacks every day. They are working on counter-battery work, destroying Russian howitzers," emphasized Nazarenko.
An artillery officer of the 4th Brigade of the Rubizh National Guard stated that Russian forces have an advantage in the number of ammunition and artillery pieces.
“Currently, the Russians are trying to work not only by bombing in squares, but also under the control of UAVs. In this way, they are trying to adopt the tactics of the Ukrainian Defense Forces artillery, trying to bring each shell to the target. Every day we knock out a significant number of the Russian forces, which means that the enemy suffers heavy losses every day. But we see that the Russians are able to quickly replenish their losses. That is why the situation is tense, the far reaches of the rear are full of enemy equipment and personnel. It seems that the Russians have an unlimited amount of manpower and ammunition,” said Nazarenko.
- On the evening of Tuesday, May 14, it became known that Ukrainian troops had moved to more favorable positions near Lukiantsi and Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region.
