Kuleba names two crucial things that help Ukrainians survive winter in conditions of Russian terror
For people to survive the winter in the conditions of Russian terror, Ukraine needs more air defense systems and the supply of energy equipment
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this in an interview with Deník publication.
He stated, the massive Russian missile attacks on the critical Ukrainian infrastructure are designed to terrorize the civilian population. So, international partners should make sure that Ukrainians survive the winter.
"Thanks to the strong energy support of allies and the supply of air defense systems, the situation is gradually changing for the better. In this context, we need two important things. The first is a powerful air shield over Ukraine that will resist Russian terror and reliably protect Ukrainian skies and infrastructure," Kuleba said and called on international partners to continue strengthening Ukraine's air defense to make Russian missile strikes completely ineffective.
"The second is more energy capacities and assistance in restoring Ukraine's energy system. The lives and health of peaceful Ukrainians, including children, depend on this," the minister added.
