This was stated by the spokesman of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, TASS reports.
"While there is no "peace plan" for Ukraine, let's start with this," Putin's "voice" said.
"Again, there can be no 'peace plan' for Ukraine that does not take into account today's realities - with Russian territory, with four new regions joining Russia. No plan that does not take into account these realities can claim to be peaceful," Peskov added, referring to Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions. The enemy has not fully occupied any of these regions but considers them as its own within their administrative boundaries.
Ukraine proposed to discuss the "peace formula" under the mediation of UN Secretary-General Guterres.
