“The goals that Russia is pursuing in Ukraine can only be achieved militarily, and there are no prerequisites for the situation changing to a peaceful one,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
This is how he commented on the statement by Wolfgang Ischinger, former chairman of the Munich Security Conference, who called for the creation of a contact group to prepare for future talks between Ukraine and Russia on ending the war.
