Invading Russian forces experience collapse of command vertical, commanders are first to flee - military expert Kyrychevskyi
Defense Express expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi says that Ukraine's Ministry of Defense is in no hurry to declare liberated territories
He shared the details with Espreso TV.
"There was a collapse of the command vertical, and the commanders fled first in the Kharkiv region. They fled so rapidly that they abandoned their staff cars, with which they controlled the troops. In the de-occupied territories, Russian military personnel may still be hiding in abandoned houses or forests. On the liberation of the inhabited points of the Kharkiv region, our management reports abstractly, the cleaning is still ongoing," Kyrychevskyi noted.
The military expert also added that Ukraine's Armed Forces have the psychological experience of victory, at the same time, victory in offensive actions.
"This factor will strengthen our defense of Bakhmut. The Russians have already begun to lose the strategic initiative, they have begun to lose understanding at the strategic level, why they are waging war, and this will facilitate the actions of Ukraine's Armed Forces," Kyrychevskyi emphasized.
