"Shocking news about the death of Oleksiy Vadatursky and his wife Raisa. This is an unspeakable tragedy for the family and a huge loss for Ukraine. This is a blow to agribusiness, which was regaining its strength and becoming a world player primarily thanks to Oleksiy Opanasovych, his example, as well as his powerful contribution. Our pride - the new Ukrainian agricultural economy has lost one of its fundamental pillars, its founder", Yushchenko emphasized.
He called Vadatursky a man of incredible energy, efficiency, and strength.
"Devoted with all his soul to his work until the last moment of his life. Greater than all his titles and awards. The salt of the Ukrainian soil. The inhumans who shell the Mykolaiv region will be punished for killing our best people, for insulting our land, as well as for destroying peaceful villages and cities", Yushchenko emphasized.
