"In the Rammstein format, the USA sets the tone. First there were Javelins, which turned the tide of the first stage of the war. I hope that the HIMARS will play a key role in the second stage of the war, in the liberation of the Kherson region," Shcherba emphasized.
The diplomat also added that the US is not changing its course in providing military aid to Ukraine.
"We need a specific weapon - it's HIMARS with maximum range and power. The US will suppress those who doubt - this is an American decision. I hope it will be accepted," Shcherba emphasized.
