Evidence suggest demoralisation among Russian troops on Dnipro’s left river bank
International expert Serhiy Danilov believes the Russian troops on the left bank of the Dnipro River are exhausted and have low morale.
The expert shared his opinions with Espreso TV.
"Putin did not abandon his goals of destroying Ukraine. He does not want to believe in the defeat of his own army. Therefore, the estimations of Western analysts that Putin continues to believe in victory over Ukraine are completely true. Nothing has changed. Russia will continue to attack Ukraine," Danilov explained.
The expert emphasised that Russian occupying troops in the territory of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions are demoralised.
"Recently, I have spoken with my acquaintances from the occupied territory of the left bank of the Dnipro River. They note the Russian occupying forces in this territory are demoralised. They do not want to fight and dread our army. They directly ask locals when will the Ukrainian Armed Forces come to this territory already. They want to flee home," Danilov added.
