Norway will provide the shells, and Denmark will provide the charges, fuses, arresters, and flame tubes. In addition, Norway has already sent 7,000 shells from its own stockpile to Ukraine.
“Ukrainians continue to have a great and urgent need for ammunition to fight Russia. Together with other EU and NATO countries, Denmark is in the process of responding with a number of different initiatives. Together with Norway, we can now send more than 10,000 complete artillery shells within a short time,” said Acting Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.

“I am grateful to the governments of Norway and Denmark for the new joint defense assistance package. The additional batch of artillery shells is much needed by Ukraine on the battlefield. Together we are bringing our common victory closer,” Zelenskyy tweeted.
