Britain is preparing Ukrainian judges to conduct trials of Russian war crimes in Ukraine
Britain organized training of 90 Ukrainian judges to conduct trials on war crimes committed by the Russian military.

The first group of judges attended sessions at a secret location last week, and more will be trained in the coming months. Britain allocated 2.5 million pounds for this.
Attorney-General Victoria Prentice said the program would provide unprecedented large-scale prosecution of perpetrators of crimes while war continues.

Yevhen Zakharov, head of the board of Ukrainian Helsinki Union for Human Rights, reported on Espreso on December 9 that since Russian full-scale invasion in Ukraine, more than 27,137 cases of war crimes by Russians have been documented.
