Black Sea Security Conference of the Crimean Platform starts in Romania
The Head of the Board of the Crimean Human Rights Group Olha Skrypnyk noted that expert discussions on security issues of the Black Sea region are ongoing at the conference
She said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"The fact that Romania is hosting the First Black Sea Security Conference is a clear confirmation that it is our reliable partner. The first day of the conference has started and is being held at the expert level. Expert discussions on security issues and challenges posed by Russian aggression are underway. The concept of a security track within the Black Sea region was presented," noted Skrypnyk.
According to the Head of the Board of the Crimean Human Rights Group, there will be no international security without resolving the Crimean issue.
"At the conference, there are statements that Crimea and the Black Sea are not exclusively an issue of Ukrainian-Russian relations, but an issue of international security. Without resolving the Crimean issue, there will be no international security. The key point of the conference is that we must unite to counter the aggressor at all levels. The conference also addresses the humanitarian dimension in the context of information warfare," added Skrypnyk.
