Belgorod: war has its own logic
To all those who are disappointed/saddened by what happened in Belgorod
It doesn't really matter what happened in reality - I'm talking about the numerous civilian casualties.
“War has its own logic. There is also a logic to the war's dehumanization. Both are unpleasant, but logical.”
So. The only way to have fewer civilian casualties is to give Ukraine so many weapons that Ukraine will win quickly and Russia will recognize it. Preferably, a post-Putin Russia.
All other ways lead to numerous victims.
Among Ukrainians.
Among Russians.
“A prolonged war with insufficient assistance from partners, occupation of Ukraine and atrocities by the occupiers, and the war turning into a guerrilla format.”
Both scenarios involve numerous victims.
To those who are concerned about the West's reaction and have the opportunity to communicate with partners, the only way to stop civilian deaths is to put the Putin regime and its military capabilities to sleep. And for this, Ukraine needs weapons.
This idea needs to be articulated.
Because it is the truth.
