At least 10,000 Russian soldiers remain on Dnipo’s right bank
Military serviceman of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Kyrylo Sazonov told Espreso TV that many Russian soldiers still remain on the right bank of the Dnipro River
"10,000 Russian soldiers remain on the right bank of the Dnipro River. Near Kherson, in the Kherson region, on the banks. Some are shooting back, some are trying to break through and get to the left bank in any way they can, some are disguising themselves as civilians, some will surrender. We still have a lot of work to do. We must clear the right bank of them, it will take some time," Sazonov noted.
According to him, the military leadership of the Russian Federation managed to evacuate many Russian soldiers from the Kherson region in advance.
"Some equipment they relocated, some they lost over the last two weeks. But they relocated the personnel to the Kherson region. They evacuated attack units from there and deployed the recently mobilized to take their place," explained Sazonov.
