After Russian atrocities in Izyum, there should be no question about type of weapons supplied to Ukraine — Chaly

He expressed this opinion on the air of the Espreso TV channel.

"I believe that before the mid-term congressional elections in the United States, a decision will be made to recognize Russia as a terrorist country. Be that as it may, such a decision must be made. Even if this decision is difficult to implement technically. Everything can be corrected by a bipartisan initiative; it has every chance to be implemented in the congress," Chaly explained.

The diplomat emphasized the importance of publicizing the atrocities committed by the Russians in Izyum in the world information space.

"Other countries dared to make a decision to recognize Russia as a terrorist country. We, on the other hand, need to strengthen the work in preparing the tribunal for Russian war criminals. Including work in the information space. Therefore, it is very right that journalists will go to Izyum. This is simply a terrible situation.  That is why the whole world should know about it. After Izyum, there should be no more talk about the types of weapons for Ukraine. Everyone should understand that the more Russian occupiers are on the territory of Ukraine, the more such atrocities they will commit," he added.
