Zaluzhnyi, Milly discuss Patriot, ammunition and long-range shells supply
Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhnyi has had a phone conversation with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley
He reported the information on Telegram.
He said that he informed his American counterpart in detail about the situation on the main front lines, where the Ukrainian forces continue to defend and prepare for further actions.
"I spoke about the massive attacks by Russians with drones and missiles of various types, including Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aerial ballistic missiles. Thanked for the Patriot systems and noted their effective work. Ukraine’s priority is to get additional air defense systems to strengthen the protection of our skies," said General Zaluzhnyi.
The two sides also discussed the need to supply weapons and ammunition, including long-range missiles. They agreed to continue cooperation in the future.
