German tanks, American Patriots, and other weapons from the allies are what Ukraine needs to launch a counteroffensive earlier than the Russian forces, and win the war against the aggressor

This was stated by a Ukrainian MP Mykola Knyazhytsky in a live interview with the Polish TV channel TVN24.

"The news that there are more Russian soldiers on the territory of Belarus worries all Ukrainians. It looks like they are really preparing another offensive. However, it looks like agony. Of course, Ukrainians will fight," Kniazhytskyi said in an interview with the Polish TV channel TVN24.

"I believe that we will win. But this year will be very difficult, so we are waiting for the equipment and weapons that we should receive from our allies from Europe and the United States," the MP explained.

As for the expectations from the Ramstein group meeting to be held on Friday, the MP said: "We expect that the position of the Germans will change, because they have a new defense minister who supports Ukraine. I hope that we will receive the tanks that Germany produces, not only from them, but also from other countries. We also expect more weapons."

According to him, in addition to tanks, Ukraine needs American Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems.

"This equipment is needed not to wait for the Russian offensive, but to launch a Ukrainian counteroffensive," said Kniazhytskyi.

"Because everyone wants the war to end, and this will only be possible if Ukraine wins, which is only achievable with these weapons.

In an interview with Polish journalists, Kniazhytskyi also mentioned the crash of a State Emergency Service helicopter in Brovary.

"This creates a difficult emotional background for the people of Ukraine. For everyone, both politicians and ordinary Ukrainians. Every day we have some kind of catastrophe: people are dying at the front, so many people were killed by a Russian missile in Dnipro, and now this catastrophe, where not only the minister and his deputies died, but also one child, a girl and a young mother, and many children are in the hospital. Of course, this is a very difficult situation for the psychological state of Ukrainians," he said.
