In March, the state project "I want to live" recorded more than 3,000 appeals from Russians who wanted to surrender to Ukraine.
This is reportedly twice as many as in previous months.

"The Ukrainian counter-offensive on the ground has not yet begun, but its effect is already visible. The choice of a Russian soldier during the war is quite simple: either death or captivity. However, a series of sudden, unexpected, lightning-fast events can change everything," the intelligence explains.
Ukrainian defenders target an enemy Su-25 in Donetsk region
On the afternoon of April 7, it became known that Ukrainian defenders destroyed a Russian Su-25 fighter jet. It happened near Marinka, Donetsk region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"An enemy Su-25 was destroyed near Marinka in the Donetsk region. We will stand and win!" the statement reads.
Ukrainian aviation carried out 9 strikes against the enemy over the last day
Over the last day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out 9 strikes on the areas of concentration of occupying Russian forces.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
