The Secretary of State noted that the United States, together with allies and partners from more than 50 countries, provides vital assistance in supporting Ukraine's defense of its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
"The courage and determination of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and people of Ukraine are extraordinary, and the United States will continue to provide Ukraine with additional systems and capabilities. These capabilities are carefully "calibrated" to maximally change the situation on the battlefield and strengthen Ukraine's position at the negotiating table," he said.
