US Ambassador Brink responds to Russia’s recent missile attack
Following another missile attack by the Russian army, US Ambassador Bridget Brink thanks the Ukrainian air defense forces

Ambassador Brink made the statement on Twitter.
"Russia again launched missiles in the deep of night at Ukrainian cities where civilians, including children, should be able to sleep safely and peacefully. I am grateful for those who protect Ukraine’s skies," the US ambassador wrote.
Brink emphasizes that the US will continue to work to support Ukraine and its "ability to defeat Russia’s barbaric attacks on the people of Ukraine."

On the night of May 1, 2023, Russia fired 18 cruise missiles at Ukraine, 15 of which were shot down by the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces.
