The Security Service of Ukraine reports.
Law enforcement officers exposed a collaborator, a deputy of one of the village councils of Kupyansk district in the de-occupied Kharkiv region.
Criminal, after Russian capture, began to cooperate with the enemy. He had several agricultural enterprises and offered help to Russian occupying forces in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain.
"To do this, he "re-registered" agricultural business in the local occupation administration and began paying taxes to Russian budget. At the same time, the main part of the harvested crop was to be given to Russian invading forces and the rest was to be sold on the Russian territory", Ukrainian Security Service explained.
Also, the deputy gave Russian forces access to logistics warehouses for accommodation, repair of military equipment and allocated fuel for refueling.
After Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the district, the deputy stayed in the village, hoping to avoid punishment.
Now investigators have notified the criminal of suspicion of aiding the aggressor state. The issue of choosing preventive measures is being resolved.
