Ukrainian anthem played in occupied Luhansk on Independence Day, state flag sent from Kherson to occupied areas
On Ukraine's Independence Day, August 24, the national anthem was played in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, and the Ukrainian flag was sent from Kherson to the occupied left bank of the Dnipro River

It is noted that in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, the Ukrainian anthem was played at public transport stops.
"Today we installed equipment at public transport stops, and people heard the anthem of their homeland," the statement says.
According to the activists, this is how they decided to congratulate Ukrainians on Independence Day.
At the same time, the press service of the Southern Defense Forces reported that the national flag was launched in balloons from Kherson to the temporarily occupied areas of the left bank of the Dnipro River.
They emphasized that this is a signal to people living under occupation that "Ukraine will return."
