Ukraine’s Armed Forces receive two Raybird-3 systems capable of flying 2,500 km
The army of drones has been replenished with two powerful Ukrainian Raybird-3 complexes, which can cover up to 2500 kilometers and are immune to electronic warfare
This was announced by Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
"The Army of Drones has been replenished with two powerful Ukrainian Raybird-3 systems. They cover up to 2,500 kilometers, fly behind the enemy's lines and work despite electronic warfare," he said.
According to Fedorov, Raybird-3 proved its effectiveness during the counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region and the occupying Russian troops were unable to shoot it down from a Buk.
"Raybird-3 not only escaped the attack, but also tracked the enemy system, which went to reload. The drone then gave the coordinates to the artillery. And they worked well on the occupiers' ammunition," the minister said and expressed confidence that these drones will help the military during the upcoming counteroffensive.
The Fedorov noted that the drones were purchased thanks to UNITED24 donors.
