He shared his opinion with Espreso TV.
"Unfortunately, Ukraine is currently unable to obtain many samples of modern weapons. This is a big problem. We have no other choice but to fight with what we are given. For example, a few days ago there was information that an enterprise was launched in the US to manufacture 250 Abrams tanks for Poland. And this will last more than one year. That is, weapons for Ukraine cannot simply be taken from warehouses, they must be manufactured", Yahun explained.
The Ukrainian Security Service Major General emphasized that the US is moving to the production of weapons for Ukraine.
"Everything was calculated and foreseen for completely different wars. Now the warehouses with weapons of our allies have thinned out a little. And now the US is not transferring the weapons that were in warehouses to us, but the direct production of weapons for Ukraine", he added.
