"Ukraine cannot create nuclear weapons. This issue is not only political, but also economic. However, it is possible to create a non-nuclear deterrence shield for Ukraine. Let's say a missile shield. It is quite possible. If Russia knows that Ukraine has 5,000-8,000 various missiles, then their rhetoric will quickly change," Badrak explained.
The military expert emphasized that Ukraine is dependent on the military assistance of our partners.
"Ukraine cannot now strike at the energy infrastructure of the Russian Federation. Because we depend on the military assistance of our partners. However, back in April, some officials in the United States talked about the need to provide Ukraine with weapons capable of destroying military airfields. However, they quickly forgot about this topic and haven't talked about it for a long time," he added.
