Russian troops shelled two villages in the Chervonohryhorivska community, Dnipropetrovsk region, overnight, leaving more than 2,000 people without electricity, and almost 5,000 without water
This is reported by the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Valentin Reznichenko.
According to him, at night the invaders struck grads at the Nikopol District of the region. In particular, two villages in the Chervonohryhorivska community were affected.
As a result of the shelling, 16 houses were disfigured, one was completely destroyed. The local Lyceum, cars, gas pipelines and power lines were hit. So, more than 2 thousand people were left without electricity, almost 5 thousand were left without water. Emergency crews are already working.
Also, an enemy shell fell next to the car of a 56-year-old man who was trying to leave the village to escape from the shelling. He is in the hospital now.
Other areas of the region were not shelled at night.
