"The world has reached it's limit of using sanctions against Russia" - lawyer Zahrebelska

She shared her opinion with Espreso TV. 

"I don't even know what sanctions can be introduced against the Russian Federation. We know that there will be an 8th package of sanctions against Russia for conducting fake referendums and nuclear blackmail. However, it seems to me that the world has already reached the limit of using its sanctions against  Russia. Therefore, perhaps the next punishment for the Putin regime will not be sanctions," Zahrebelska explained.

The lawyer believes that an investigation for war crimes can be initiated against the Russian Federation in international organizations.

"And this is not because the West does not want to introduce additional sanctions against the Russian Federation, but because there will no longer be any available sanctions. I think that all possible remnants of the 8th package of sanctions will be collected. Perhaps the next punishment for the Russian Federation will investigate their crimes, which will not be conducted by prosecutors of individual countries," she added.
