As a result of the Russian attack this morning, 154 residential buildings were damaged in Lviv.

Espreso correspondents found out what the witnesses of the Russian attack experienced.

Oksana, a mother of four, was woken up by an air raid alarm at 4 a.m.

"At 3:30 a.m, the air raid alarm started and woke me up. I was hovering over 4 children, all of them were sleeping. Then I heard two explosions, it turned out to be on Brativ Mikhnovskykh Street, and started waking up the children. Literally in a second everyone flew out into the corridor. The oldest one got his back cut," the woman says.

According to her, the yard of the house is now unrecognizable, the entrance is covered with broken glass. The woman's two cats are also missing.

"Two cats are missing, we had four, but two are no longer there. They were taken from Kharkiv, from under fire. They liked to sit on the open window at night," she added.

Olena is a class teacher at the school that was hit by the attack. She says that, fortunately, the building was empty at the time of the attack.

"The children went to school for two days—Monday and Tuesday. And today, they were supposed to go again. I look at these flowers on the floor and thank God that only material things were damaged here. I know from the school that some parents are injured," said Olena.

Larysa Komorna, director of Lviv Lyceum No. 5, said that there was a lot of damage to the building, but the inspection is still ongoing. No one was in the school at the time of the attack.

"65 doors and 40 windows have been destroyed, and the inspection is still ongoing. It's difficult, but we are ready to withstand everything. The school will be open," said Larysa Komorna.
