On Monday, August 12, Russian troops launched an attack on the city of Ukrainsk in the Donetsk region. The shelling resulted in casualties among local residents

The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported the information.

Around noon, Russian troops opened artillery fire on the city. The shelling killed two people and injured another.

In addition, they damaged two five-story buildings in the city.

"There are less than 10 kilometers from Ukrainsk to the frontline. The city is in the area of damage from various weapons. It is dangerous to stay there!" emphasized the head.

In the morning of August 11, Russian troops attacked Kramatorsk. As a result of the shelling, 8 local residents were injured.
