Ukraine’s Prosecutor General's Office shared this information, noting that on October 27, several Telegram channels reported on executions. A video showed Russian soldiers shooting at a civilian car with automatic weapons, where two people were inside - one of whom was hurt.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived shortly after, pulled the injured man to safety, and provided first aid before evacuating civilians from the area. This incident is believed to have occurred on October 24.
Additionally, reports indicate that two women were shot in the city, with their bodies found in a residential area that had not seen much fighting.
Prosecutors have stated that these killings happened after Russian forces gained control of the area. The prosecutor's office is investigating to determine the details of the incidents and identify the victims.
On October 4, it was reported that the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has information about the execution of 93 Ukrainian prisoners of war on the battlefield by Russian troops.
