Russian missile strike on Kyiv damages mosque
On the morning of September 2, the Russian military launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine, severely damaging the Islamic Cultural Center of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of Crimea

This was reported by Refat Chubarov, the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, on Telegram.
"This morning, following yet another massive missile strike by Russian barbarians on Kyiv, significant damage was inflicted on the Islamic Cultural Center of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea—a mosque in Nyvky," Chubarov stated.
According to Chubarov, the building, especially the mosque inside, will require extensive repairs.
Deputy Mufti of the Muslims of Crimea, military chaplain Suleiman Khairullaev, confirmed that no casualties were reported.
"Another proof that Russia is a nation of absolute evil," Chubarov added.
- On September 2, Russia targeted Kyiv with ballistic and cruise missiles, with explosions also reported in Kharkiv.
