Russian troops that withdrew from Kherson are demoralized and not ready to advance - military expert Kyrychevskyi
Defense Express military expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi believes that the military leadership of the Russian Federation is transferring groups from the Kherson bridgehead to Luhansk region
He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"In the Luhansk region, the Russians have no one to fill in the holes. That is where the Russian military from the Kherson region is being transferred. The Russians left Kherson disorganized, in a hurry, with depressed morale. Accordingly, such troops are not ready to attack and advance, and for this purpose the Russian command deploys them to the Luhansk region. We should not expect great results from the Russian occupiers near Svatove. But this living mass of Russian troops can delay the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, explained Kyrychevskyi.
According to the military expert, in the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine can repeat the same success as in Kherson.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine can first conduct a long-term campaign, minimizing the losses of Ukrainian defenders. Paralyze the enemy's logistics and, moving forward, liberate Melitopol and cut the corridor from Donbas to Crimea," Kyrychevskyi noted.
