Russian troops maneuver looking for places to strike from – Humeniuk
Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination center of Ukraine’s South Defense Forces, notes Russian troops have undergone rotation and brought more forces
She shared the information on Espreso TV.
"We observe that the enemy is active, when it manages to supply shells and munitions, in particular artillery systems. The enemy is constantly maneuvering, looking for places from where they can strike. Over the past day, April 19, Ukraine’s Defense Forces destroyed 7 armored vehicles and 2 mortars, while the day before, April 18, 4 artillery systems were destroyed," said Humeniuk.
She added that Russian troops have undergone some sort of rotation and managed to bring more intact forces.
"The enemy continues to use aviation, launching guided aerial bombs at Beryslav and Kherson districts. The enemy is covering this activity with radar missiles to jam our air defense systems and prevent us from striking enemy aircraft," noted Humeniuk.
